Responsibilities

Job Description
• Reports to the Director of Community and Communications for NBC10, Telemundo62 and NBC Sports Philadelphia
• Assists with coordinating external requests for staff/talent appearances, charitable donations, and community sponsorships
• Help to organize and assign projects for the creative team
• Assist in tracking and pulling clips for triopoly and partners
• Assist in writing and updating talent bios and posting articles to the Community pages of the stations' websites
• Assist with station community initiatives and events, including planning and onsite activation
• Help with developing and updating media lists for local, regional and trade press and distribute press releases
• Capture photos of all events and record all event details on recap documents
• Manage premium inventory and fulfill requests for staff, donations, raffles and prize packages

Qualifications

Qualifications
• You must be in pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree at an accredited institution.
• Current class standing of sophomore or above
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
• Must be 18 years or greater
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in United States.
• Must be willing to work in Philadelphia, PA

Desired Qualities
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Knowledge of sports
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends & holidays
