Premion, the new ''Over-the-Top'' (''OTT'') advertising and media business, seeks Digital Operations Trainer. The Digital Operations Team supports all day-to-day Ad Operations for assigned accounts, aiding campaign planning, scheduling, implementation and tracking. This role involves maintaining relationships with third party vendors and media agencies to ensure proper delivery of digital ad campaigns. Premion is a high growth division of TEGNA. Responsibilities:

The Digital Operations Trainer is expected to understand trafficking functions and campaign management tactics, including working knowledge of associated workflows and responsibilities.
• This role will facilitate new hire onboarding activities from first day to beyond week 1, including but not limited to:
• Systems/Platform access and subsequent troubleshooting
• IT access
• New Hire TEGNA Training session
• Role-specific introduction to PIO, SF, X-Ray, FW and MH
• Prepare New Hire for 2nd level, deeper enrichment/training and hands on work with Team Lead or Managers.
• Delivery of role-specific job aids, documentation and first week training materials
• Role will be responsible for similar onboarding activities for Outsource teams
• Role will be responsible for documentation, recording & rollout of specified processes in team meetings
• Role will be responsible for timely execution of their Trafficking book of business
• Responsible for training on & creating one-sheeters on specified process change
• Responsible for consuming error data, consulting with managers and building refresher trainings where applicable

Job Requirements:

• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Adept at working quickly and accurately
• 2 Years experience in Freewheel, Madhive and Salesforce
• Ability to carry out exact directions with minimal error
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Skilled at multi-tasking and time management in order to execute competing priorities
• Self-motivated, positive, and organized individual
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to function effectively in a team environment
