Job Description

Daily Blast Live, a nationally syndicated, live show from TEGNA, based in Denver, CO, has an immediate opening for an Associate Director. If LIVE TV gets you excited and you have both news and entertainment experience, Daily Blast Live is the show for you!

Responsibilities:
• The Associate Director is responsible for playing out video and graphics during our live broadcast as their primary role.
• Video and graphics playout using Precis & Chyron.
• Shading pedestal cameras and operating robotic cameras.
• Set light scenes changes and adjustments using lighting software console.
• Triggering live breaks during the show through Crispin.
• Responsible for reviewing and setting daily Crispin program playout list.
• Willing to jump in and help with tasks beyond your regular day to day when needed.
• Deadline oriented.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure, live tv environment.
• Self-starter, multi-tasker, willing to work production hours.
• $55-$70K Annually

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above Minimum 4 years of experience on a national television/entertainment broadcast show.
• ENPS experience a plus
• Crispin list experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• The job is based in Denver.

Travel: Rarely: less than 10%
