Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities include:

Talent Pipelining:
• Drive The Focus partnership strategy globally working closely with all 7 studios and 13 locations.
• Develop and maintain strong direct relationships with a broad portfolio of partners globally to help drive business KPIs and engagement growth.
• Identify and work with NGOs to help broaden our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
• Collaborate with various internal teams on day-to-day partnership activities including but not limited to evaluation of incoming partner requests and development of new partner facing features and content formats via the Focus platform.
• Liaise with Business Development counterpart(s) on pipeline talent into Academy @ the Focus and territory/platform expansions, facilitate and track the implementation of all contractual commitments of our partnerships.
• Implement and drive The Focus Affiliate Program globally.
• Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships that are in line with internal stakeholder commercial objectives, or which contribute strategic value to the Focus vision.
• Analyse monthly KPIs and partner engagement reports to share with stakeholders and partners and use of insights to adjust ongoing partner programming strategies.
• Performs deep investigation on partner performance data to derive partner specific insights to share at quarterly business reviews to ensure partner stays engaged and committed to partnership goals.

DEI Programs and Initiatives You'll work alongside the Talent Teams across Technicolor's Creative Studios to drive forward DEI initiatives and programs that accelerate The Focus' position in the market.

This includes but not limited to:
• Assisting with DEI specific training whether bespoke or through established partnerships to our People Managers (e.g. Unconscious bias training, Gender Identity, inclusive meetings, neurodiversity in the workplace).
• Mental Health & Wellness campaigns, guidance, and resources.
• Best practices for accessibility e.g. gender-neutral job adverts / website accessibility / guides to apply.
• Helping to create new programs that celebrate our diverse talent internally.

Qualifications

What were looking
• Experience with partner facing relationship management experience in digital media, ideally on the service or platform side.
• Partner management experience must include a deep understanding of commercial deal structure and terms.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including use of pivot tables) and other BI/Reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics and/or Tableau.
• Experienced at extracting insights from data sets, setting realistic KPIs/metrics and communicating insights and recommendations using PowerPoint to senior-level executives.
• Proficient at multi-tasking in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Skilled communicator with excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Team player, detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and strong desire for team's success in a highly competitive industry

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of and passion for film, entertainment, virtual learning, and technology industries (including key players, growth trends and drivers, new media models, industry, structure, etc.)
• Bilingual - fluent in English and French
• Experience working in multi-national company
