RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the service delivery of IT services across applications and infrastructure to ensure service delivery to the required levels of operational performance and maintain compliance with TCS standards for architecture, operability, quality, business continuity, and security.
• Work with the Head of Enterprise Technology to ensure:
• Ensure business outcomes and strategy are achieved by leveraging technology at enterprise and business stream levels.
• Deliver to agreed standards of the outsourced managed service, review regularly, and provide performance reports and recommendations.
• Ensure IT and Business leads are using the best corporate and enterprise applications available and partner with essential functions to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with TCS Application, Infrastructure, Client Services leads, and the IT service provider to ensure the business operates securely.
• Collaborate with TCS Security and IT service providers to ensure regular reporting on the business's security status. Support IT audit and compliance activities and oversee the mitigation of related outcomes.
• Act as the technology and service broker between TCS IT, IT service providers, and other vendor partners to ensure effective and efficient operations. Identify opportunities to enhance IT procedures and processes. Drive simplicity and efficiency, minimizing bureaucracy.
• Act as the technical conduit between the IT service provider and TCS teams to support business and project outcomes.
• Work with IT Services provider and EIT Service Manager to proactively manage incidents and escalations.
• Develop and lead IT Change Projects, including new deployments, site commissioning, decommissioning, and configuration changes.
• Work closely with the Head of EIT to ensure accurate management of provider commitments and associated contractual records.
• Work with Cloud & Technical Lead to ensure usage of cloud and on-premise service and storage infrastructure is efficient and follows security best practices.

Qualifications
• Strong experience managing complex IT services.
• Must be skilled in ITSM processes and service integration.
• Broad and deep technology expertise and experience in how it can measurably and positively impact business performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to convince, reassure, persuade, and negotiate while finding pragmatic solutions to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities.
• Maintains a depth of knowledge on how to work with an outsourced provider successfully.
• Ability to work at all levels and with appropriate partners.
• Experience working with a thin client and within a matrix management environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify business needs for that function and reassure, persuade, and negotiate change according
