RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the Technicolor Creative Studios (TCS) corporate application portfolio with responsibility for ensuring applications meet operational business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Applications Service Provider to ensure support services are delivered to the required outcomes and the applications in the portfolio are maintained to deliver required levels of operational performance and remain compliant with TCS standards for architecture, operability, quality, and security.
• Ensure applications adhere to governance and compliance standards, collaborating with legal and regulatory teams as necessary.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to maintain productive relationships with application vendors and ensure application services are delivered to expectations.
Own operational service relationships with vendors and SaaS providers
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external customers and the Corporate Applications Engineer on more complex challenges inquiries and for strategically important customers where the nature of the requests or project dictates a higher level of technical input.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to maintain productive relationships with application vendors and ensure application services are delivered to expectations.
Own operational service relationships with vendors and SaaS providers
• Provide leadership and guidance to Corporate Applications team members on aspects of application architecture, support, roadmaps, and project delivery.
• Manage and optimize enterprise applications portfolio spend, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and collaborate with them to conceptualize and lead in shaping ideas into initiatives.
• Assess the current corporate applications architecture and collaborate across technology teams and partners to identify, recommend, and agree on continuous improvements. Work with Application teams to develop and maintain app roadmaps including compliance, upgrades, interfaces, functionality, etc.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and provide thought leadership to define the future vision for TCS application portfolio, to utilize the capabilities of our platforms, applications, and people best.
• Collaborate with application service providers and broader technology teams to develop and maintain required business continuity and disaster recovery plans across the portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of application solutions within the portfolio, including vendor product roadmaps and offerings, to ensure the business can take advantage of the evolution of deployed solutions.
• Continually expand architecture knowledge and capability, constantly seeking ways to broaden exposure to the latest and most significant trends and developments in the technology space.
• Incorporate the latest trends and innovations into the application portfolio in partnership with the brand and marketing teams, UX/UI, Product and Delivery
• Identify risks and dependencies affecting solutions, including mitigating recommendations and support in handling those risks.

Qualifications
• Demonstrable experience in managing an Enterprise Applications portfolio and developing productive stakeholder relationships that deliver key business objectives.
• Demonstrable experience in enterprise application architecture and design (e.g., Workday, Coupa, SAP), including integration architectures and leveraging SaaS and Cloud services.
• Proven ability to deliver integrated business-IT strategy and develop enterprise and solutions architecture artifacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively discuss technical topics and concepts with business partners and translate business needs into design concepts and IT operations.
• Experience in solution design on customer-focused digital services such as web, mobile, eCommerce and eBusiness
• Demonstrate familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices, ensuring application portfolio security.
• Strong project management skills with experience with Agile (or agile / waterfall hybrid) and DevOps development practices and techniques.
• Understanding of data lake and warehousing concepts and how various data systems can be integrated to enable quick generation of insights.
