Who We Are…

When we say, ''the stuff dreams are made of,'' we're not just referring to the world of wizards, dragons and superheroes, or even to the wonders of Planet Earth. Behind WBD's vast portfolio of iconic content and beloved brands, are the storytellers bringing our characters to life, the creators bringing them to your living rooms and the dreamers creating what's next…

From brilliant creatives, to technology trailblazers, across the globe, WBD offers career defining opportunities, thoughtfully curated benefits, and the tools to explore and grow into your best selves. Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.

Your New Role

WarnerMedia Studios is an in-house creative production organization designed to support nearly every aspect of the fan experience on behalf of Warner Bros. Discovery's brands, including TBS, TNT, truTV, Cartoon Network, [adult swim], Boomerang, CNN, TCM, Warner Brothers Discovery Sports, Bleacher Report, and more.
Our teams of artists and craftspeople work closely to produce a huge variety of content and fan experiences each year, primarily from our 300,000-square-foot facility in midtown Atlanta.

Business Operations is the team that works behind the scenes at WarnerMedia Studios to keep our big creative ship afloat - we help our craftspeople stay focused on what they do by focusing on dotting i's and crossing t's. We generate the data that allows our teammates to make better decisions. You'll be part of a team that truly knows how the business works and makes things happen, plus you'll get a chance to form relationships with the most talented and creative people on the planet.

If you're a left-brainer who wants to live in a right-brain world and you're looking for a challenging, fast-paced opportunity to grow, read on.

• Reconcile artists' time and ensure work orders for each session include accurate, complete project information
• Help to create monthly reports for network partners and executives
• Build relationships with and learn from personnel across WarnerMedia Studios to better understand our business and how we can support it
• Special projects outside of Business Ops as opportunities arise (if you excel at all the tasks mentioned above and want to stretch above and beyond)

Qualifications & Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, primarily PivotTables and formulas
• Experience with visualization tools (QlikView, Tableau, etc.)
• Exceptional accountability, consistency, and organizational skills

• Above-and-beyond detail orientation
• Optimistic problem-solving mindset & drive to find solutions without being prompted
• Ability to work with unique personalities
• Bachelor's degree
• Working knowledge of – and interest in – Warner Bros. Discovery's brands
• Production and/or Post-Production knowledge is not necessary, but helpful
• Prior internship experience preferred

How We Get Things Done…

This last bit is probably the most important! Here at WBD, our guiding principles are the core values by which we operate and are central to how we get things done. You can find them at www.wbd.com/guiding-principles/ along with some insights from the team on what they mean and how they show up in their day to day. We hope they resonate with you and look forward to discussing them during your interview.
