The Partner Marketing Manager will take Tastemade TV and Tastemade+ to the next level of engagement and growth in Europe and beyond. This person will be integral to the development of our rapidly growing TV operations and provide valuable strategy recommendations on how to amplify the performance of content distributed on Tastemade, and how to increase our viewer base.

Who you are:
• A creative storyteller who understands how to connect with audiences on social media, website, mobile apps, and connected TVs (Apple TV, Samsung TV+ and beyond).
• An investigator who uses data and analysis to determine what tactics are inspiring members.
• An experimenter who is constantly looking for new ways to surprise, delight and inspire viewers.

What you'll do:
• Work with key partners persistently throughout the year on promotional campaigns on and off-platform to drive channel engagement and growth. Key partners include: Samsung, Apple (app and TV Channel) and Amazon.
• Support growth of our channel by liaising with the Head of Business Development to identify new partners and land new contracts.
• Managing key platform KPIs such as user growth, watch time, and other metrics.
• Liaising with the social team to leverage Tastemade's marketing capabilities to drive growth and engagement in Tastemade TV and Tastemade+.
• Working with the programming team to amplify premiere dates, stunts, and other programming tactics in generating partner support.
• Soliciting and developing third party marketing partnerships focused on driving engagement on Tastemade TV and Tastemade+.
• Liaising with the international team to share best practices and help the team achieve growth and exceed key KPIs.
• Running point on any marketing efforts and leveraging in exchange for partner support.

What you'll bring:
• 2-4 years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategy.
• Ideally a second language (French or German would be top of the list).
• Knowledge of domestic and international television landscape.
• Experience with distribution licenses across linear TV, mobile, digital, OTT.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build and maintain positive client & internal relationships.
• Financial skills and sound understanding of business planning/modeling.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience in the food, travel & lifestyle market is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to engage, connect and build an audience across multiple channels.
• Ability to interpret analytics, communicate results and formulate a strategy.
