We are looking for a motivated Affiliate Strategist with experience leading performance-driven partnership programs to help build and scale our clients' impact. You will contribute to integrated communications strategy and own tactical plans across influencer and media publisher platforms. You will be a key driver and partner with internal functions like Legal/Risk/Compliance to drive on-going partner onboarding and compliance governance.

Primary Responsibilities Include
• Develop tactical recommendations for key product launches and scaling growth
• Assess new opportunities across partners and products, identifying key areas to scale
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights for ongoing optimization
• Forecast KPI performance on a monthly basis or as needed
• Define overall process to onboard, monitor, and govern partner onboarding and campaign management
• Recruit and grow affiliate relationships, negotiate financial structure of deals
• Structure and launch new campaign ideas, collaborating with a variety of teams to align Brand vision with affiliate and content strategy
• Facilitate Creative trafficking across affiliate syndication, ensure programs are updated seasonally and on-time
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates on performance, strategies, and recommendations, work as a subject matter expert presenting to large groups and in one on one discussions to ensure that the value of Affiliate marketing is well understood

Essential Responsibilities
• Assist with managing existing affiliate partnerships, negotiating and scheduling content rich campaigns to hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Successfully coordinate our affiliate marketing program by responding to incoming inquiries, guiding them through set up and serving as their main point of contact
• Actively recruit new affiliates and influencers leveraging your existing relationships, negotiating paid opportunities when applicable
• Assist with managing partners in effort to generate more brand awareness across all mediums of content (including Web: product reviews, blogs, news articles; Social Media: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter)Help implement new systems to attract and retain new affiliates in effort to maximize our affiliate program and offerings
• Provide day to day support to affiliates and clients via email and phone
• Help develop and execute communication to affiliates
• Maintain affiliate promotional calendar
• Assist with managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate performance of the programs, and recommended improvements
• Ensure affiliates are paid on time and accurately

Qualifications
• 1-3 years relevant experience
• Experience in the affiliate industry at an online publisher, ecommerce brand, agency, or network preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Results driven (experience using OKRs a plus)Self-starter who is able to work both independently and collaboratively with others
• Analytical, comfortable using data to drive decisions
• Proficient with Google Sheets or Excel
• Curiosity around new shopping and consumer behavior trends
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects at different points in their lifecycles
• Excellent communication skills: demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business leaders at all levels
• Proficient in planning and organizing – forward-thinking to establish an efficient and appropriate course of action in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be flexible with change and help manage change
• Must be ambitious, driven to succeed and possess a passion for the business
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and take direction well
• Ability to work well both independently as well as an integral member of a tight-knit team
