Summary of Position

The STARZ UX team is seeking a Product Manager to fill an opening on the Content Supply Chain team.

Success in this role will require a passion for taking complex interconnected systems and breaking them down into intuitive process flows and clear, concise requirements for building and enhancing the internal tools that STARZ uses to process content.

This position will work closely with customers, cross-functional teams, application developers, respective users, and internal business leaders to define and document various applications and system processes. Product Managers work with Designers, Business Users and Development teams to create a cohesive vision for various products and deliver elegant and intuitive experiences for our users. The most important factors in identifying our ideal candidate will be their requirements documentation, roadmapping and facilitation abilities. We are particularly interested in candidates who have practical and proven experience in crafting and measuring product analytics and KPIs and/or applying UI/UX best practices to custom enterprise software design.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.

This position will report to the Director, Product Management, Content Supply Chain.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate stakeholder requests for intake and prioritization.

• Creation of Feature/Project Presentations to be presented to executives, business users and project team.

• Develop and maintain the product roadmaps.

• Oversee the implementation of new systems and improvements to existing systems.

• Perform analysis to identify areas of improvement, influence organizational direction, and define strategy.

• Craft and measure Key Performance Indicators to understand the impact of feature releases and drive data driven prioritization for future projects.

• Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to define requirements for new product features.

• Work alongside a Product Designer to create and refine information architecture via wireframing and continuous validation, collaboration, and feedback.

• Document and deliver feature requirements packages containing process flows, feature requirements, and a cohesive UI design.

• Feature planning and timeline management.

• Requirements backlog management.

• Manage and update JIRA tickets.

• Develop reporting and analysis to monitor our products.

• Create and facilitate appropriate testing plans and perform analysis.

• Walkthrough and support of User Acceptance Testing with Business Users.

• Requirements change management (and escalation when needed).

Qualifications & Skills
• A bachelor's degree in business management or related field or an MBA.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, UX Research or related field.

• Strong analytical skills – the ability to source/interpret data and provide recommendations based on the information gathered.

• Experience with user research methodologies and deliverables to understand and craft research techniques for the request at hand.

• Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices to maintain usability standards in our custom tools.

• Strong documentation skills.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience establishing the structure and flow of possible design solutions, then testing and iterating on those solutions.

• Experience creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.

• Experience creating process flows and writing detailed requirements

• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

• A track record of following through on commitments.

• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

Nice to Haves
• Strong working knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, Figma, Google Analytics, and Miro a plus.

• Past experience in UI Design and/or Data Analytics is a plus.

• Experience working with Audio/Video components is a plus.

Compensation

$105,000 - $120,000
