Summary of Position

The STARZ Creative team is a creative and production resource for STARZ properties and divisions. We work closely with our partners to conceptualize and develop brand and series marketing materials that meet business goals and push creative boundaries. The Design team leads the development of global creative assets for original series titles and branding.

The Manager, Print Production will work closely with the STARZ Creative team in the organization and trafficking of projects and communicating with vendors to ensure accurate and timely execution of all projects. The Manager provides insight on cost-effective and high-quality print solutions that align with the overall goals of any project.

Responsibilities
• Oversees all aspects of print production, including scheduling, estimating, budgets, print buying, QC, prepress, printing, delivery and financial follow-through

• Creates and maintains schedules and production details for multiple projects

• Coordinates the final art release to vendors, confirming print specifications to ensure all job requirements, quality expectations and delivery dates are clearly identified

• Alongside Marketing and Creative Services Operations, maintains a production status of all assigned projects in shared workflow application

• Manages the roster and performance of existing vendor partnerships (both domestic and international) while seeking out and introducing new partners

• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
• Associates degree in advertising, communications, design, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of print estimating/job planning and buying experience and a thorough knowledge of offset and digital print processes

• Able to work independently in a deadline-sensitive, creative environment

• Highly organized, demonstrates attention to detail and time management

• Strong written and communication skills

• Proficiency with computer and MS Office; Adobe Creative Suite

• Knowledge of project management applications (Workfront)

• Experience sourcing promotional products/branded apparel is a plus

Compensation

$64,000 - $88,650
