Summary of Position:

STARZPLAY is our premium SVOD service for international markets currently available in 50+ territories. We are expanding our global footprint and are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Santa Monica office to support this expansion. The focus of this role is to define and build the creative assets needed to drive brand awareness globally.

• Collaborate with STARZPLAY App programming teams across all territories to determine content for marquees, collections, feature banners, buy pages, etc. and lead development of creative assets to fulfill those needs

• Work closely with growth marketing team to inform direction and fulfill all creative asset needs for STARZPLAY direct response (DR) campaign, analyzing performance and leading development of innovative concepts to test, driving subscriber acquisition

• Collaborate on international brand campaigns working closely with content marketing, media and research teams

• Work cross-functionally with programming, creative services, localization, post-production, product, and OTT marketing to ensure ongoing communication of creative needs in accordance with key deadlines

• Maintain master repository of established STARZPLAY brand guidelines, including tune-in/end card language standards, style guides, AV spot grid, etc. to ensure usage consistency and easy reference across all departments

• Manage and track projects through established systems and oversee deliverable flow, communicating effectively with internal and agency teams

Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or similar discipline preferred

• Minimum 4 years of brand marketing or relevant television/entertainment industry experience

• International marketing experience preferred

• Experience developing creative for OTT or digital platforms a major plus

• Must be a team player, collaborative, proactive and flexible

• Strong attention to detail to ensure that all delivered assets conform to brand and company standards

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work across departments

• Self-directed, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a professional and confident manner under tight deadlines

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience working in multiple languages is a major plus

• Oral/Written Proficiency in EFIGS (English, French, Italian, German, Spanish) is a major plus
