Job Description
Summary of Position

We have an immediate need for a Delivery Manager on the Content Supply Chain (CSC) team within the broader STARZ UX team. This position will work closely with 2 of the 4 Development teams responsible for building and enhancing the internal tools that STARZ uses to process content.

The Delivery Manager is responsible for building and refining the delivery team's backlog, writing user stories, maintaining release timelines and collaborating with cross functional partners in the planning, prioritization and implementation development initiatives. You will work closely with the CSC Product Owners, Designers and users to define features that contribute to ongoing technology initiatives, high-impact business goals and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master or Release Manager - preferably some combination of these skills. You are a bit of a unicorn in that you provide support, engender respect and inspire confidence across stakeholders on both the Technology and Business sides of the house. You can break down complicated projects into both easy to understand high level diagrams and also detailed implementation tickets. You are excited by being in the trenches and working closely with a Development team, but readily communicate status and facilitate meetings with end users and project requestors. You thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration.

• Helps to facilitate daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Refinement meetings, Sprint Reviews, Demos and Retrospectives.

• Advocates, supports and contributes to ongoing improvement of Agile/SCRUM practices and processes.
