Summary of Position

The STARZ Brand Marketing team leads brand strategy and marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and engagement across STARZ properties and platforms. The Brand Director is responsible for developing creative strategies for STARZ App promotion that drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition. The role works cross-functionally to produce innovative performance creative in alignment with Brand and Original Series marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a love of brand and marketing across digital platforms. They are a creative thinker able to strategically analyze the performance of assets to effectively drive results.

Responsibilities
• Lead real-time creative development for high output digital marketing campaigns across performance-oriented channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)

• Capture and define clear objectives, execute, and optimize promotion for digital platforms, analyzing audience trends and championing precise creative testing

• Accountable for creative performance, continually optimizing with data backed decisions

• Partner with brand, content, and social marketing teams to align with brand and series campaigns, leveraging available assets and optimizing for direct response, promotional offer, winback and retention tactics

• Effectively translate marketing goals into campaign objectives and objectives into strategic creative briefs

• Produce best-in-class, innovative digital-forward creative (video, motion, still) with in-house teams and external agencies

• Act as a steward of the STARZ brand, reinforcing voice, tone, and design guidelines to facilitate consistency

• Ensure all in-house, agency, and third party ad network creative is to strategy, brand, legal, quality, and spec

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery

• Work with Marketing Operations to continually refine and optimize roadmaps

• Be a voracious consumer of digital

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar discipline preferred

• 7-10 years of brand or digital marketing experience

• Experience working with internal creative teams and external agencies required

• Television/entertainment industry experience preferred

• Must be a team player, collaborative, proactive and flexible

• Strong attention to detail to ensure that all delivered assets conform to brand and company standards

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work across departments

• Self-directed, efficient and able to handle multiple priorities in a professional and confident manner under tight deadlines

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with Workfront a plus

Compensation

$128,520 - $156,765
