The Music Mission Product Insights Team is a growing insights community of 30+ Data Scientists and User Researchers who blend their skills to help us craft the next generation of music industry products, bringing insights into every decision we make.
We are looking for a User Researcher to join the Music Vertical Platform team in the Music Mission. To power the growing scale, complexity, and business needs of Spotify's Music Mission, the Music Vertical Platform team builds the core capabilities & platforms that enable creators and their teams to build an audience, monetize fans, and live off their work. You will help us increase our impact on the music industry by ensuring we are delivering a trustworthy product to our users and partners, developing a consistent and coherent core user experience in our products, and enabling our internal teams to quickly iterate and innovate. You will inform the way we build our core platforms to empower feature teams, allowing artists and their teams to find the content and tools they need to achieve success on Spotify and in their careers.
You'll work as part of a cross-disciplinary team to design and execute research throughout the product development cycle, bringing insights into every decision we make.
