The Ringer seeks a Social and Video Production Lead to join its production team. The ideal candidate is a driven professional who is looking to lead the daily operations of our social and video teams. The person in this role will help set and execute strategy related to creating original content for social and video platforms, as well as adapting content from other formats (i.e. from The Ringer's podcast network and editorial website). The Social and Video Production Lead will be heavily involved in day-to-day production of all of this, working with the managers of the video team and social team, respectively, and reporting directly to the Head of Production. This person must be enthusiastic about The Ringer and the topics it covers as well as the potential and value of digital video and social platforms.
