We are looking for a highly experienced research program manager to be the primary operational partner to our most senior user research and data science leadership team, with a seat at the table creating Spotify's global insights strategy. You will partner with our user this group to design and drive global programs for the benefit of our insights community. You will turn an ambiguous set of stakeholder requirements into a vision with concrete actions, and you will successfully deliver on those actions. You will optimize and manage a team of research operations specialists to run a best-in-class team. You will be part of an inclusive and energetic team of R&D operations leads, who you will collaborate with as you develop a vision and grow the user research and data science operations team.
