Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations & Risk

Job Description

We are now looking for the best Treasury Senior Analyst out there to support our Treasury function. The position is based out of our New York office reporting to our New York-based Head of Risk and Operations within Spotify Treasury.

You will demonstrate a deep understanding of Treasury operational standard methodologies including designing, documenting, and implementing new operational processes. You will also focus on removing manual processes through automation (including Robotic Process Automation [RPA], system integrations, etc) and workflow consolidation. The role will ensure proper oversight of accounting and operational activities within Treasury including (but not only) deal collection and settlement, reconciliations, systems and control support. You will also support Systems, Cash Management, and Financial markets on ad-hoc global projects and controls.
Our Treasury team is responsible for Spotify's financial activities such as liquidity, risk, debt, cash management and insurances on a global level. The team has members based in Stockholm and New York. The team consists of a small number of highly motivated and skilled band members and therefore it is meaningful that you share the motivation to always improve as an individual as well as a team member.
