As a passionate and driven Robotic Process Feasibility Lead Developer you will assist with the adoption and roll-out of business process automation using UiPath in Spotify. You will help free up Spotify business teams from working on mundane, repetitive tasks, allowing them to learn new technical skills and accelerating their contribution to Spotify's growth and success by engaging in high-value activities & innovation. You will gain exposure to unique learning opportunities and you will architect and design RPA technical solutions while driving the adoption of new technologies and design patterns, as you lead the team of RPA developers.You will join the Intelligent Automation Global Center of Excellence in New York - part of the Financial Engineering (FinE) mission - and work closely with partners to deliver business value, at speed, from intelligent automation. You will work in a team where diversity, teamwork and collaboration reign.You have extensive experience working with UiPath automation, have been involved at every stage of the RPA, ML, AI development lifecycle, are able to demonstrate prior roles leading a team of RPA/ML developers and business analysts in relation to automation feasibility and understand different Intelligent Automation Operating Models.You are a 'people person' and will work diligently to foster a strong collaboration network throughout Spotify.
