As we've expanded into more than 175 countries and our company has grown tremendously, we find ourselves facing new and interesting legal issues every day.

As Operations Manager, you will lead and deliver key projects and business as usual activities that allow us to scale and mature our legal takedowns and online safety regulatory program. You should be passionate about internet law and comfortable partnering up with Legal Counsels, Engineers and Business Partners in projects that have both legal and business impacts. The job will entail getting deeply involved in ensuring that Spotify's offerings are crafted, built and maintained in a way that follows applicable content-related safety obligations around the world. Responsibilities include providing operational support to the Platform Liability & Enforcement team in Legal Affairs for addressing new regulations and handling pre-litigation and other matters concerning allegedly unlawful content. This role sits within this team and would report to the leading attorney.
