Market Strategy & Operations Lead, North America

Job Description

The Freemium team is responsible for managing Spotify's regions and their performance across all business-relevant metrics. As we further expand and seek to better align across multiple markets in North America, we're looking for a Market Strategy & Operations (MSO) Lead with an analytically driven and open-minded character to scale, consolidate, and support our efforts.

As the MSO Lead, you will be responsible for business analysis and insights, coordinating regional operations and managing cross-functional projects by building strong relationships across the company. In this position, you will work closely with local functional leadership, especially with our North America Business Lead as well as Leads across other Business Units. The MSO Lead, North America will report to the North America Business Lead. The role will, preferably, be based in New York.
