Lead, Rock & Alternative, Artist Partnerships

Job Description

As part of the Artist Partnerships team within the Music Team at Spotify, you will develop and lead partnerships with artists, managers and key industry partners and oversee impactful strategy for Rock, Alternative & Indie artists globally. You will work closely with the Editorial Team on developing strategies and programs to support the artists and evolving the genre forward. You will collaborate closely with artists and their teams to cultivate holistic artist partnerships and seek new, innovative opportunities to drive audience growth for both Spotify and artists.

As a part of the Artist Partnerships team at Spotify, you'll work with key artists, managers and key industry partners to develop strategic relationships and lead impactful campaigns for Rock, Alternative and Indie. You will also use this relationship to further Spotify's partnership initiatives to the mutual benefit of Spotify and its industry partners.

This position is based in New York or Los Angeles and reports to the Head of Artist Partnerships.

This role is not eligible for hire in Colorado, USA.
