This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing sales organization with one of the most recognizable brands in the music industry. We are looking for an extraordinary team leader to join our Campaign Management team. We want someone who is passionate about the Spotify platform and is deeply familiar with the technical and operational nuances of delivering best in class digital ad solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a consistent record of team management, revenue growth and establishing standard processes which drive performance in all markets.

What You'll Do
• Prove leadership capabilities by providing mentorship and career direction to managers and individual contributors across the regions
• Drive team accountability for revenue delivery, optimizations and troubleshooting across Americas
• Proactively analyze performance and implement solutions to ensure effective monetization of inventory across channels
• Serve as an escalation point for leadership across Campaign Management, Sales, Account Management and other partner business units
• Provide technical expertise on systems and processes as well as strategic decision-making that drives the business forward
• Campaign-level and organization-level troubleshooting in partnership with subject matter experts across teams
• Identify needs of customers and key partners, appropriately positioning Spotify's capabilities and value in a way that drives interest, revenue and retention
• Understand broad delivery trends and guide further investigation and courses of action across the Campaign Management team

Who You Are
• You have a Bachelor's degree
• You have a min of 10+ year of experience in media operations on the publisher or buy side with hands-on ad server experience
• Strong industry knowledge and a constant desire to continue learning
• You have a min of 7+ years of experience leading a large ad ops team with members in remote locations
• Digital audio ad trafficking and serving knowledge is a plus
• You will be a passionate, accountable, creative, and team-focused individual that exemplifies the values and responsibilities of the Spotify and amplifies those across the team
• You demonstrate the ability to think creatively, proactively problem solve and efficiently communicate internally and externally
• You understand the unique circumstances of the client buying processes specific to direct, programmatic and self serve platforms
• You have great verbal, written, and presentation skills and are eager to further refine and develop these skills
• You understand the importance of strong relationships across internal teams and external partners
• You are a highly organized multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, strong project management skills and can work independently and collaboratively
• You thrive in a fast-paced, fast paced and detailed-oriented environment
• You have excellent dexterity in Excel and Powerpoint and are comfortable analyzing large sets of campaign performance data

The United States base range for this position is $169,160- $211,450 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Salary Range: $169,160 to $211,450 Per Year ($ USD)
