The Audiobooks and Gated Content Vertical is responsible for bringing all the world's paid audio to Spotify and becoming the ubiquitous destination for its consumption. We are seeking a growth manager to join the Audiobooks and Gated Content Business Strategy & Operations Team. The Business Strategy & Operations team serves as a central hub for commercial and growth-focused strategic development, working across a series of highly ambitious initiatives to define and develop the future of audiobooks & gated content and the business models that support them.
This role will report to the Associate Director of Growth Strategy and help define growth strategies that span creator tooling, the consumer experience, marketing strategies, and content development efforts - all with the goal of adopting of gated formats on Spotify for creators and users. Ideal candidates should be curious, creative, and analytical problem solvers who understand how to operationalize and implement ideas cross-functionally. This is an exciting opportunity to work on bold, innovative projects and help develop the future of audio on Spotify
