We are looking for a Data Science Manager to lead and grow a team within our Content & Monetization pillar in the B2B Podcast Platform tribe. This team owns and develops the core technology that powers our Megaphone and Spotify Audience Network (SPAN) products. These products distribute podcasts for a third of the world's podcast consumption and reach half of podcast listeners in the US. Our mission is to simplify the business behind podcast creation and ultimately power the economy behind a medium that we love!

The data science opportunities behind this mission span a breadth of challenges and are critical to our success. From creating a great user experience in our Content Management System, to optimizing delivery within our ad server, there are many ways for our team to have impact. This role will be a partner with our cross functional teams in Tech, Design, and Engineering in defining the future of our products, drive forward pillar level data science projects, and coach our IC's through our most challenging technical initiatives.
