Job Description
The Creator Education team plays a critical role in driving Spotify's strategy around engaging with and retaining audio creators on platform through strategic initiatives. We are looking for a manager to support the Creator Experience team as the Creator Content business continues to grow. This position will drive the narrative for how to build a career as a Creator on Spotify, specifically targeted towards priority partners.

What you'll do
• Manage a team of Creator Educators who teach creators on how to utilize Spotify to build their careers.
• Own the Spotify Creator Journey narrative, specifically how to develop as a career podcaster from early adopter to superstardom.
• Develop and execute outstanding creative marketing collateral launching or showcasing new products, features and formats aimed at onboarding priority partners to Spotify.
• Build the educational curriculum for Spotify's Talk Products, SPAN and Community efforts.
• Collaborate cross functionally with wider Spotify organizations to highlight creators and support their initiatives.
• Solicit, organize and contextualize product feedback from creators and support with data.
• This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY
Who you are
• 10+ years of product marketing experience, specifically for a tech or entertainment company, 2+ years of team management experience.
• You are comfortable using quantitative and qualitative data to build and drive strategy.
• You have a deep passion for social platforms, celebrity culture, pop-culture, film & tv, and youth focused entertainment.
• You are passionate about the evolution of audio and enjoy consuming podcasts and other spoken word content.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and high stakes situations and are comfortable taking accountability for KPIs.
• The United States base range for this position is $124,559-$155,686, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
