Associate Director, Growth

Job Description

The Freemium team is responsible for managing Spotify's regions and their performance across all business-relevant metrics. As we further expand and seek to better align across multiple markets in North America, we're looking for an Associate Director, Growth with an analytically-driven and open-minded character to scale, consolidate, and support our efforts.The Associate Director, Growth, will be responsible for driving subscriber growth in North America through business and marketing efforts that capture, retain, convert and upsell users across the funnel. This role will partner very closely with our Global Growth team to adapt global programs to the North American market. The role is based in New York, and reports to North America Freemium Business Lead. This is an individual contributor role.

This role is not eligible for hire in Colorado, USA.
