What You'll Do

These forecasts have many downstream use cases including but not limited to tax rate and tax liability forecasting, entity cash management & optimization, and internal transfer pricing transactions.
• Familiarize yourself with Spotify's cloud infrastructure and how our activities and customer usage drives cloud costs. Leverage our cloud cost dataset to support monthly variance analysis, quarterly forecasting, as well as ad hoc projects to help the company drive continuous cost efficiencies
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses and business case modeling that support Spotify's FP&A, Investor Relations, and overall business planning processes.

Who You Are
• 2+ years of relevant financial modeling experience in a complex and data-driven business environment.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced MS Excel skills with a deep understanding of model architecture, formula efficiency, pivot tables, and macros.
• Experience with Tableau and SQL are a plus.
• Strong quantitative skills and eye for business, with the ability to drive projects from start to finish. We're looking for someone who is not afraid of detail and granularity.
• Experience distilling complexity into articulate narratives that cater to diverse audiences, especially those who are not quantitative or technical.
• Intellectual curiosity, the ability to stay organized, and a proactive approach to learning and execution.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and ''can-do'' personality with a track record for nurturing strong cross-functional relationships.
