Job Description
We are looking for a Production/Development Executive, starting immediately or upon mutual agreement, who will support us in the following tasks:
Profile:
- Oversee development and packaging of current projects
- Find new material
- Identify and secure new talent for projects
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a development executive or producer at a production company/studio/network
- Strong relationships with writers, directors, agencies, and management companies
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at different stages of development
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong ability to work independently, with a strong sense of prioritization and of advancement of projects
