Job Description

We are looking for a Production/Development Executive, starting immediately or upon mutual agreement, who will support us in the following tasks:

Profile:

  • Oversee development and packaging of current projects
  • Find new material
  • Identify and secure new talent for projects

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a development executive or producer at a production company/studio/network
  • Strong relationships with writers, directors, agencies, and management companies
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at different stages of development
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to work independently, with a strong sense of prioritization and of advancement of projects
