Job Description
The position is responsible for ensuring the proper valuation of inventory, blocked invoice review, purchase order maintenance, vendor pricing maintenance, audit support, general ledger account analysis and support of the physical supply chain data analytics dashboard.

What you'll do:
• Ensure correct inventory valuation.
• Perform activities related to month and year-end closings.
• Address purchase order and invoice issues.
• Develop and prepare schedules for audits.
• Maintain vendor pricing matrices.
• Monitor integrity of sub-ledger data and connection to the general ledger.
• Maintain, support and analyze the global physical supply chain analytics dashboard.
• Aid in the development, preparation and the analysis of key Supply Chain metrics.
• Participate in projects and perform ad hoc analyses as assigned.

Who you are:
• You have at least an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3 years' work experience.
• You have an advanced knowledge of all primary MS Office software and advanced Excel skills.
• You are experienced with SQL, VBA and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Alteryx.
• Having a working knowledge of SAP FI and SAP MM is a plus.
• You are an excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, internal and external partners.
• You are responsible and accountable for everything you do and take pride in everything we achieve together.
• A highly organized person that pays close attention to the details.
• You are thorough and thoughtful in your approach to problem solving.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $58,500 to $80,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
