Senior Producer, Partnerships

Job Description

You will play a vital role in managing and helping to grow Neon Hum's award-winning slate of partner programs. You will have the opportunity to work with talented storytellers, journalists, and prominent personalities to produce a wide breadth of podcast programming.

What you'll do:
• Act as supervising producer on Neon Hum's wide slate of partner projects, assuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality of production. In collaboration with creative and production leads, manage teams on a wide variety of partner projects from topical chat programming, branded content, and narrative documentaries.
• Act as the touch point for clients, assuring projects are meeting their expectations and Neon Hum's standard of excellence.
• Assist executive team in staffing projects, developing and pitching creative materials for partners
• Provide production & editorial support on NHM projects & ventures as-needed

Who you are:
• Experience producing audio content on tight deadlines. Documentary or journalism background a plus.
• Experience developing pilots and/or developing podcast series from the early development stages
• Experience working with talent, including voice coaching in studio.
• A clear track record of producing innovative, diverse, and complex audio works.
• Experience cultivating talent from multiple creative sectors and backgrounds.
• Collaborative, team-driven approach to working.
