Sony Music's innovative and growing merchandising company, Ceremony of Roses, is looking for a Fashion Merchandiser who thrives in a creative and fast paced environment. The ideal candidate should be up to date with the latest developments and trends shaping the fashion industry, possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, and be able to effectively combine both marketing and fashion design expertise to produce sales.

What you'll do:
• Ability to create original and eye catching designs that appeal to our target market.
• Collaborate with design team on existing art files assets.
• Create a monthly visual merchandise strategy that suits the different levels of distribution for sales.
• Evaluate the latest fashion trends , buying patterns and demographics of our target market.
• Understanding of product development to ensure we hit target pricing by distribution.
• Analyze changing market trends.
• Meet with Sales team to discuss sales reports and customer feedback.

Who you are:
• Degree in merchandising and /or fashion design
• 5 years proven experience as a fashion merchandiser
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Strong knowledge of the latest fashion trends and developments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $80k to $90k. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
