Manager, Royalty Audit

Job Description

As a Manager, Royalty Audit you will be an essential member of the Royalty Audit department, you will have end-to-end responsibility for responding to audits of Sony Music Entertainment undertaken by recording artists. You will manage the fieldwork for your assigned audits and prepare the response to the audit report, as well as researching potential overpayments.

What you'll do:
• Prepare rebuttals to multiple artist audit reports
• Oversee fieldwork for your assigned audits
• Develop, train, and mentor staff
• Assess performance on engagements and year-end reviews, as required

Who you are:
• Bachelor's degree required
• You have 5 to 7 years recent accounting/audit or royalty accounting experience
• You have extensive experience reviewing and interpreting complex agreements
• You have outstanding analytical, writing and organizational skills
