As Manager, Project Management, you will assist with strategic projects across various functions at Sony Music, including working on the strategy, analysis, design, implementation and delivery. You will build strong partnerships across business units including executive level stakeholders, managers, and operational staff to drive results.
What you'll do:
• Support projects from end-to-end, starting with inception and strategic design through to overseeing, and in some cases, delivering the implementation
• Responsible for project management activities, including but not limited to, requirements and process documentation, project plans, process flows, business cases, project analytics, metrics, meeting presentations, etc.
• Colloborate with leaders to develop and implement solutions to optimize processes, standardize procedures and leverage best practices
• Challenge working practices and systems to maximize opportunities for improvement
• Identify improvement opportunities using multiple techniques such as process and data analysis and root-cause analysis, metrics and internal/external feedback
• Lead small initiatives independently
• Support business workshops and meetings, document clear actions and enable timeline achievement
• Build strong working relationships to influence and facilitate collaboration across departmental boundaries
• Ad hoc analysis as required
Who you are:
• Excellent project management skills
• 2+ years Project Management required
• University Degree
• A problem solver with intellectual curiosity
• Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and build relationships
• Excellent communicator who works well with others
• Knowledge of project management practices (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
• Expert skills in MS Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project)

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
