Job Description

As a Director of Operations for RoadCo Entertainment (a new booking agency focusing on a wide range of touring entertainment) you will support a dynamic Sales team as they book touring engagements of attractions. RoadCo is a joint venture of BSL Enterprises and Sony Music Entertainment, and this position offers the potential for significant growth as this company aggressively expands, leveraging the full assets of Sony Music & acquiring a diverse roster ranging from immersive entertainment, to music, theater, e-gaming and e-sports, and family entertainment.

What you'll do:
• Review offers to ensure they are in alignment with Producer's requirements
• Negotiate finer deal points
• Draft & negotiate contracts for each engagement, ensuring contracts are executed in a timely manner,
• Collect & distribute sales reports for each engagement
• Review settlement reports to ensure adherence to deal points

Who you are:
• Effective communicator with a minimum of 3 years experience in booking or touring
• Organized
• Able to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Attentive to detail
