Job Description
Sony Music Group's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Philanthropy & Social Impact teams are seeking a Digital Community Manager to join Sony Music Group. This manager will work with both teams to:

What you'll do:
• Engage with the EVP, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, EVP of Social Impact and Philanthropy, and several Sony Music Group stakeholders to define overall goals, scope, and milestones for various projects
• Steer components of several projects: initiation, planning, execution, and closure
• Develop, nurture, and grow relationships with internal partners and labels to advance Social Impact & DE&I priorities
• Manage Social Impact and DE&I social media campaigns, tools, platforms, and web content
• Gather, research, and interpret data to inform strategic decisions
• Create, edit, and publish engaging visual media (videos, graphic, audio, etc.) for multiple channel outputs, including digital (e.g. YouTube, Amazon, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) and social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) for Sony Music's DE&I and Social Impact Teams
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and values; align content schedule with several SMG social media calendars to ensure execution of coordinated, consistent, and timely campaigns and digital initiatives
• Manage social media campaigns, tools, platforms, and web content related to Social Impact & DEI, in partnership with internal SMG teams such as corporate communications
• Update websites and other digital properties, as needed
• Set, monitor, scale, and track goal metrics and ROI for external digital messaging
• Collaborate with several global SMG teams and business units to highlight key DE&I, Philanthropy, and Social Impact initiatives and storytelling narratives
• Inform Sony Music Group on best practices and current trends related to social media technology, tools, and applications
• Interact with Sony Music Group labels to incorporate label-specific information, data, and branding; streamline label information to tell comprehensive SMG narrative

Who you are:
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a digital communications role, working with senior leaders
• Strong skills in Adobe Cloud Suite and video/photo editing applications
• Ability to apply creative thinking to developing engaging concepts and producing web and social media content
• Able to draw conclusions from data and propose effective solutions
• You have a strategic mindset and lean on data to inform and track business goals
• An excellent communicator and enthusiastic collaborator who works well with team members, external partners, and senior management
• You have sound cross-functional collaboration skills, can build relationships internally and instill a sense of solidarity across teams
• You are willing and excited to support the team as needed
• A thoughtful, organized and results-oriented professional
