Job Description
The Video AdTech QA Coordinator will work with the AdTech team in addition to our Live Streaming team to oversee workflows and processes to exceed expectations for Advertisers, Sponsors and Sinclair.

This role will require the candidate to learn our current Digital Video Ad Tech ecosystems and programmatic landscapes and technologies and require an understanding of technical details and integrations. Product development cycles and methodologies skills are desired for the role. The Video AdTech QA Coordinator will have the willingness to consistently contribute to a fast-paced, fluid work environment in a positive way, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work efficiently.

This position will be based at the company's corporate location in Hunt Valley, Maryland and will be primarily an in-office role. This candidate will be required to support and troubleshoot live event issues with the Bally Sports Digital Operations Center and the Site Reliability Engineering Team. We will be hiring three candidates to cover shifts 7 days a week. Due to the requirement to support live events, schedules could be required to flex at times.

Core Responsibilities:
• Monitor all streaming platforms, emerging and established, to report and troubleshoot any issues to internal teams, focused on Bally Sports live events
• Provide Ad Tech troubleshooting for multiple digital, mobile, desktop and CTV/OTT platforms and ad technology providers
• Ad Trafficking / Ad Tech bug support escalation
• Work with Ad Tech and Ops, Product Owners, and Product Managers to identify and resolve Ad Tech issues resulting in loss of revenue or user experience issues
• Learn and understand ad tagging architecture set up by Product and Engineering teams
• Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) for all digital campaigns running in the systems
• QA /QC on upcoming At Tech products releases across all streaming platforms
• Support QA testing cycles and automated QA procedures, if any
• Provide feedback in evaluation of new product partners and vendors
• Create & maintain digital campaign performance reports and tools with detailed knowledge of ad serving analytics

Requirements:
• Experience with DFP/GAM video ad serving is desired, not required
• Experience with Video encoding formats is desired, not required
• Experience using Client Ad Servers (3rd party ad tags and reporting) is ideal
• Experience with programmatic Ad Tech – header bidding, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, is desired, not required
• Strong willingness to understand general web technologies used in ad codes (HTML, JavaScript, etc.)
• Strong willingness to learn multi-platform debugging and proxy tools
• Proficient with MS Office products, specifically Excel is required
• Strong analytical background with attention to detail
