Software Development Engineer (Labs)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Figure out what will delight audiences and producers by investing various approaches to content management and delivery with live audiences
• Design, Develop, and maintain user interfaces, client-side app code and server side microservices that support the mission
• Participate in all phases of design, development, quality assurance, defect resolution, and live-site troubleshooting

WHAT TO BRING
• Several years of experience in full stack software development
• Strong problem-solving Skills
• The ability to dream up new ideas
• The ability to learn and work with new and exciting technologies

NICE-TO-HAVES
• React JS and GraphQL
• Machine Learning (AI, NLP, NLTK, PyTorch)
• Python, JavaScript and Java
• Cloud Technologies and Infrastructure (AWS, EC2, Dynamo DB, Lambda, Kubernates, Terraform)
• Digital Media and streaming video technology (HLS, DASH, Baseband Ingest)
• Experience integrating third party systems or services
• Data pipelines, big data and analytics
