The Sr Data Governance Analyst will be the point of contact for coordination and execution of Business Requirements and Solutions related to Master Data Management and Data Governance, working closely with the Data Quality and Data Stewardship Teams and other functions within Commercial Operations that rely upon Customer Master data. The role will have heavy interaction with business stakeholders, data owners and Data Service and IT integration points. The role will drive continuous process improvement through technology enablement, with a focus on driving capabilities and analysis that will result in consistently reliable and high-quality master data.

Responsibilities
• Subject Matter Expert for Customer Master Data usage, standards and integration.
• Responsible for all aspects of the customer data maintenance and governance processes to support downstream usage and reporting of the data.
• Works to maintain data governance and quality within MDM tools and ERP platforms.
• Work in a highly collaborative mode with other members of Commercial Operations, Sales, IT and other Customer Master Data owners and consumers.
• Perform data profiling to identify opportunities to improve data quality.
• Provide support in any customer master data related projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and subject specific training of policies and procedures to data stewards and other business stakeholders.
• Meet daily operating requirements set by senior staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, and prompt response time to any inquiries related to customer master data.
• Coordinate with internal and third-party data organizations to facilitate data management
• Attention to detail and reviews work to ensure compliance with data quality standards.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or commensurate experience
• Specific experience with Customer Master Data Management, Data Governance, or MDM solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to establish rapport with internal clients and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries
• Strong technical, analytical and problem solving/decision making skills
• Skills to perform research, root cause analysis and pro-active data monitoring to report and fix data quality issues
• Ability to deliver quality results on time, in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications
• Strong Understanding of Business Process, Governance and data management.
• 2-4 years professional experience preferably within the broadcast industry
• Familiarity with XML and SQL queries, SQL Server, and Informatica
• Experience with Tableau
