Key Responsibilities:
• Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress.
• Managing the program's budget.
• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.
• Understand how individual projects affect the program/portfolio and exercise judgement in raising issues and risks to the program/portfolio level
• Coordinating/Managing all projects within the program and their inter-dependencies.
• Tracks the status across all program activities and ensures that schedules and priorities are being met.
• Managing and utilizing resources across the program.
• Assist senior management with negotiating service/development contracts
• Provide technical guidance as required and oversee the larger production of several projects, ensuring that they come together to achieve company growth
• Providing coaching/mentoring to the team in a highly collaborative and empathetic environment.
• Creating and driving the overall program schedule, managing schedule progress; from large phases through to detailed tasks, including understanding and managing dependencies.
• Collaborating with staff and management of multiple business units (including subject matter experts, and technology teams) to clearly identify, explain, and communicate their project involvement, project goals, expectations, and tasks.
• Ensures critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary.
• Manages daily/weekly program communication and status reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
• Leads Scrum teams and creates and follows up on meeting minutes/action items.
• Manage the purchasing/traceability of hardware inventory across the entire program
• Be proactive and exercise initiative in identifying, tracking, and removing impediments to program success. Approach risk identification and mitigation, accordingly, including establishing contingency plans and initiating corrective action.
• Defining the program governance (controls) as needed;
Key Qualifications:
• At least 12 years of experience managing IT projects, including end-to-end experience for medium-to-large projects and programs.
• Experience with/exposure to large scale platforms (cloud technologies), complex inter-dependent technologies
• Seasoned team coach that manages and alleviates (instead of running from) persistent obstacles
• Experience with Software and Systems Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies, specifically Agile/Scrum. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework methodology a plus.
• Experience owning a program/portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and being an active resource for technical teams.
• Knows MS Azure DevOps, Rally, Jira or similar ALM tools
• CSM and/or PMI-ACP, or PMP certification
• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure and technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must enjoy consensus-driven environments where collaboration, honest and open communications are paramount.
• Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide, as part of a team.
• Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail and can make logical timely decisions.
• Demonstrate self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment.
• Ability to extrapolate context from complex technical conversations, provide teams w/ valuable summations around action items and next steps
• Success in managing multiple, large IT projects simultaneously

The base salary compensation range for this role is $135,000 to $165,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
