Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this individual will support a variety of high-profile marketing efforts that break through the clutter and shake up the sports industry to generate brand awareness and consideration. This individual will work cross-functionally to best achieve the aforementioned goals and develop Bally Sports into one of the most relevant brands in sports.
What You'll Do:
• Major responsibilities will include elevating awareness and consideration of the Bally Sports brand, while ensuring messaging and visual design are cohesive across all touchpoints.
• Oversee development and manage execution of brand-forward campaigns to bring culturally relevant concepts to market with a focus on impacting key business KPIs
• Own relationships with external Brand agencies and partners to ensure deliverables are met and constantly meet or exceed expectations
• Collaborate with Data and Research to track and optimize campaign performance utilizing external tools and vendor support
• Responsible for all Brand-related projects including oversight of budget and brand approvals throughout each stage of relevant campaigns
• Lead cross-functional task force meetings and serve as the Brand Marketing stakeholder across all internal teams including Creative, Media, Social, Lifecycles, Owned Channels, PR and more
• Oversee the development and maintenance calendar of marketing initiatives that pulse at key demand and cultural sports moments throughout the year
• Assist with business summaries, presentations, one sheets, and ongoing reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as the Brand expert and internal liaison to provide guidance and approvals on non-Brand led initiatives including collaboration with local RSNs and NBA, NHL and MLB team partners
What To Bring:
• The role will require excellent campaign management and relationship-building skills, a creative and collaborative spirit, and a vision for how to drive the most awareness and engagement for Bally Sports.
• 5-8 years relevant experience in brand and campaign management working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills are required
• Superior attention to detail is needed as well as excellent relationship building skills are critical
• Superb oral, written and interpersonal communication skills are required
• The ability to multitask and work effectively with changing priorities and deadlines is essential
• Knowledge of AirTable and the full Google Suite is a plus

The base salary compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $135,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
