Job Description
Stadium is seeking a Live Production Manager to help in preparation, execution and oversight of college sports streaming productions, as well as the creation of video-on-demand and promotional materials for college sports conferences and member-institutions. The Production Manager will work under the direction of the Director of Operations.

Key Job Responsibilities Include:
• Coordinate transmission and production of school produced athletic events
• Manage internal and external use of Stadium's video content system
• Monitor event productions on nights and weekends on Stadium O&O and partnered products
• Oversee selection and distribution of Stadium's premiere events on over the top platforms
• Support and monitor quality control on all events as needed including following all check-in procedures, formats and SOP's
• Assist department in coordinating all graphics and production elements needs for live remote, ensuring they get to site in proper format
• Act as the key liason for external partnerships regarding Stadiums live and syndicated programming
• Coordinate transmission and production of school and truck produced live events
• Train and guide University and events staff on network production standards
• Perform video encoding and delivery to digital platforms (i.e., Twitch, Facebook, etc.)
• Book transmission services for live broadcast on necessary vendor platforms
• Assist internal cross-departmental teams with execution of live event and studio productions
• Understanding of live game production elements and requirements
• Analyze and report product malfunctions on O&O platforms

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of web streaming protocols and vendors
• Education and experience in professional video production situations
• Excellent communicator. Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with content management systems is a plus
• Strong understanding of the college sports landscape
• Computer skills including basic Microsoft Office programs
• Experience using Photoshop or other graphic design programs
• Experience with live video streaming and webcasting landscape
• Self-motivated, yet a team player who can work well under supervision as part of a team
• Hard working, willing to work varied and sometimes long hours
• Occasional travel is required
