Product Line Manager - Engineering (Dielectric)

Dielectric is hiring a Product Line Manager for our RFHawkeye® systems. This position will work directly with the RF Engineering, Research and Development, and Sales Teams to gather and prioritize customer requirements, define and complete the product installation process, as well as manage, monitor and analyze data from the units. The position will primarily work during normal business hours Monday through Friday, but may require off-hours and weekend work, and travel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify issues, improvements, and bugs for hardware and software
• Maintain a list of issues, bugs, and improvements to periodically discuss implementation with the software vendor
• Track and manage orders and maintain records
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to warnings and alarms
• Identify, troubleshoot and correct problems
• Make recommendations for product & process improvements
• Interface with end user/customer and internal product lines experts
• Maintain and improve checklists and user manuals
• Develop a method for 24/7 monitoring of RFHawkeye® customers
• Able to multi-task
• Other duties as assigned
• This position reports to the Director of RF Systems Engineering and takes direction from the VP of R&D Technology

Required Experience:
• 5+ years of Project Management Experience
• B.S. Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred) - RF/Antenna Engineering is a plus
• 5+ year background in Electronics is preferred
• PLC programming a plus
• Knowledge of Oracle MRP a plus
• Demonstrated organizational & communication skills with attention to detail and understanding of quality criteria

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Must be able to operate all equipment safely and within the manufacturers specifications
• The employee is required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel and crouch frequently. Able to work at heights using ladders, manlifts, and scissor lifts
