Job Description
Make your mark in digital media! The Drive Auto Production Team and Co-op Department is looking for a production graphic designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A candidate with a ''can-do'' attitude and meticulous attention to detail will succeed in this position.

The Drive Auto Production Team and Co-op Department play vital roles in assisting with the growth of Drive Auto's business and revenues, as well as the company mission. The candidate should have a background in digital design, follow design trends and best practices, and capable of handling a multitude of projects as needed. Ideally, this candidate thrives under pressure with making deadlines and understands various design platforms.

This role also includes duties supporting the Co-op Advertising Department. It is the Co-op Department's job to ensure dealer marketing campaigns follow manufacturer design guidelines to receive co-op approval. This role co-reports to the Manager of Co-op Advertising and Graphic Design.

Responsibilities:
• Email Marketing
• Design, deliver, and assemble quality email marketing templates that include all required elements.
• Must be able to execute email-friendly designs that are responsive.
• Ability to complete projects on time and hand-off for testing, co-op advertising approval and deployment.
• Familiar with email design standards and techniques, able to troubleshoot and resolve email design problems.
• Archive all assets at the end of each email campaign
• Banner Ad & Other Digital Ad Creative
• Design, deliver, and assemble quality internet banner ads or other digital ad creatives that include all required elements.
• Must be able to execute banner ad designs that are responsive.
• Ability to complete projects on time and hand-off for testing, co-op advertising approval and deployment.
• Familiar with Interactive Advertising Bureau design standards and guidelines.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve digital ad design issues.
• Archive all assets at the end of each campaign
• Graphic Design Projects
• Work with manager or other Drive Auto stakeholders to conceptualize solutions to problems presented in various graphic design projects .
• Ability to think creatively and strategize design with manager and peers to clarify goals and understand functionality of the project
• Strive to ensure timely, accurate completion of assigned projects. Keep manager and project stakeholders aware of project status
• Archive all assets at the end of each project

Essentials:
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in graphic design, computer science, or related field.
• Extensive experience and proficiency with Adobe Suite a must (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).
• Strong typographic, UI/UX skills.
• Working knowledge of semantic HTML and CSS.
• Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as defined by proper grammar, spelling, and context
• Exceptional and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to take direction and ''run with it.''
• Self-motivated, creative, and open to new ideas and techniques.
• Ability to work independent or in conjunction with a team.
• Always seeking to improve, even if it means challenging the status quo.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and socialize experience changes and opportunities across the leadership team.
• Other digital generalist duties as assigned.

Nice to Have:
• Working knowledge of Bannersnack/Creatopy, Celtra & Stripo Email platforms
• Experience using JIRA and Operative.One systems
• Experience using a CSS framework such as Bootstrap 4 or 5.
• Working knowledge of effective SEO tactics.
• Understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Working knowledge of web accessibility standards.
• Design portfolio showcasing examples of digital work or website design.
• Agency experience is a plus.
