Director, Project Management & Operations
Tennis Channel, part of Sinclair, Inc, is seeking a Director of Project Management & Operations to streamline workflows, manage creative projects, and drive operational excellence. You'll balance strategy and execution, ensuring teams work efficiently and collaboratively across departments.
This role is about building a strong operational foundation for Tennis Channel's creative and marketing work. You won't just introduce tools - you'll ensure they become a natural part of how we operate. By embedding Asana and other systems into our culture, managing creative workflow end-to-end, streamlining operations, and working seamlessly with Sinclair's broader operations teams, you'll create the clarity, accountability, and efficiency that allow the team to focus on doing their best work.
This role is based in our Santa Monica, CA office.
What You'll Do:
• Optimize Workflows: Evaluate and improve tools/processes, lead Asana adoption, and integrate emerging tools like AI.
• Manage Projects: Oversee timelines, deliverables, and resources for creative and marketing initiatives.
• Creative Services: Own intake, allocate resources, manage timelines, and ensure campaign assets meet brand standards.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Align processes across TC's operations teams for consistency and smooth handoffs.
• Operational Leadership: Provide systems, training, and insights that keep teams running effectively.
Required qualifications:
• 8+ years in project management or operations, ideally in creative, marketing, or media
• Proven track record implementing systems and improving workflows
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana preferred) and driving team adoption
• Skilled in creative intake, resourcing, timelines, and multi-channel project coordination
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Budget, invoicing, and operational account management experience
• Interest in leveraging new technologies, including AI, to enhance productivity

The base salary compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
