Digital Agency Account Generalist

Job Description

Compulse Integrated Marketing is searching for a Digital Agency Account Generalist. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, have excellent written and oral communication skills, experience working in a digital environment, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, changing industry. This candidate will work closely with the web department leadership team, handling tasks related to managing the pipeline of business and will be a member of a team supporting our growing Government contracting initiative. This candidate will support all areas of our agency business as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as support for proposal creation for the web services offered
• Help manage, monitor, document, and report revenue for web services
• Facilitate communication and build relationships with sales representatives across the nation for contracting needs
• Be able to conduct phone consultations to gather client's needs for the purpose of writing proposals, quotes, or addendums for the website team
• Assist and respond to pipeline of RFPs/RFQs and assist with management of the bidding process
• Assist a growing Government contracting line of business, and provide support to that division as directed
• Work with other agency leaders to establish partnerships and agreements with contracting agencies
• Work collaboratively with management and support staff to establish procedures, customer-service standards, and resolve problems

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Business or related field
• 1-2 years working in a digital marketing agency
• Ability to work remote
• Must be able to work full-time, during daytime business hours, Monday-Friday on Eastern or Central Standard Time
• Highly organized, ability to work under tight deadlines and with numerous documents
• Experience writing and editing skills, and experience responding to proposals is a bonus
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint)
• Proficient with Google Cloud Services (Sheets, Documents, Drive)

Nice to have:
• Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms such as Magento, Drupal, or Joomla
• Knowledge and understanding of websites, best practices, and ecommerce solutions
• Previous experience working in business development or technical writing
• Experience working with government agencies or experience using SAM, GovWin, Bloomberg Government, GSA eBuy, FedConnect, BetaSam or other similar research platforms
• Experience in training with platforms like Zoom, GoToMeeting, or Dialpad
