Job Description
Sinclair, Inc. is looking for a Design Fulfillment Supervisor to assist with and efficiently lead the day-to-day operations of our Email Marketing, Direct Mail, Contesting, and Website products. This is a hybrid position based out of Hunt Valley, MD. This position reports to the Digital Design Operations Manager.
This candidate must be proactive, a multitasker, positive, and solution-driven. They must have digital background experience and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment while meeting internal and client goals.
Responsibilities:
• Coach and help oversee a team of designers and fulfillment coordinators, as well as balancing workload and staffing needs
• Delegate and prioritize incoming projects and tasks to the team
• Collaborate with the Digital Design Operations Manager to refine processes to benefit the team
• Work with the company's vendor partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of campaigns
• Resolve issues by taking the appropriate action, and knowing when to escalate issues to a management level
• Help oversee the hosting renewal process for web products
• Assist in generating and sending website contracts via DocuSign
• Work alongside the Web Development Supervisor to strategize plans involving both design and development teams
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance and retain knowledge of products, processes, reporting, and campaign management
• Support sales teams and clients by answering questions and providing product training as needed
• Other agency duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience with email marketing and website products
• Must be organized, and excel at multi-tasking
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment
• A proactive, solutions-orientated professional
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with sales teams and clients
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Atlassian products: Jira and Trello
• Experience in Operative AOS order management system
• Understanding of HTML/CSS as it pertains to email marketing
• Knowledge of the WordPress Content Management System

The base salary compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
