Job Description
The AdTech QA Manager will work with the Ad Operations team in addition to our Account Services, Product, Sales, Social and Live Streaming teams to build workflows and processes to exceed expectations for Advertisers, Sponsors and Sinclair.

This role will require strong knowledge of current Digital Ad Tech ecosystems and programmatic landscapes and technologies; understanding technical details and integrations, product development cycles and agile methodologies are highly desired.

The AdTech QA Manager will have the ability to consistently contribute to a fast-paced, fluid work environment in a positive way, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work efficiently.

Core Responsibilities
• Able to provide Ad Tech troubleshooting for multiple digital, mobile, desktop and CTV/OTT platforms and ad technology providers
• Point of Contact for all Ad Trafficking and bug support escalation
• Create and explain ad tagging structures to development and product teams
• Quality control for all Campaign IO Placements and issue resolutions
• Support Sinclair programmatic monetization strategies
• Support At Tech Management Team and Product Team on upcoming platform launches
• Create QA regression testing cycles and automated QA procedures
• Monitor all Platforms, emerging and established, in order to report/troubleshoot any issues with internal teams and external clients
• Create & Maintain Network performance reports and tools with detailed knowledge of Network analytics

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience in Ad Operations
• Experience with DFP/GAM video ad serving is a must
• Working knowledge on Video Ad Serving templates, SSAI & CSAI
• Proven experience using Client Ad Servers (3rd party ad tags and reporting) is ideal
• Working knowledge in programmatic Ad Tech – header bidding, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, ad networks, agency trading desks
• Experience with multi-platform debugging and proxy tools
• Strong willingness to understand general web technologies used in ad codes (HTML, JavaScript, Flash, etc.)
• Proficient with MS Office products, specifically Excel is required
• Strong analytical background with attention to detail
