Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description

Sinclair has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Analyst. The Accounts Payable Analyst is the main customer service contact for the customer, as it relates to all purchasing and accounts payable related matters.

Required Duties include:
• Work with internal and external customers to research and resolve issues and inquiries
• Manage ServiceNow tickets coming into the AP department and direct them as necessary within the department
• Utilize Oracle to research invoice status, including approval status, holds, and payment status
• Work with supervisor to identify trends and resolutions for recurring issues as necessary
• Assist with invoice processing, mailing of payments and general inquiries into the department as needed
