Simon & Schuster is one of the most successful global publishers with a strong UK presence. We publish a wide variety of fiction and non-fiction. We are the proud publishers of many brand fiction names including Philippa Gregory and Kathy Reichs. We have a thriving and rapidly growing literary list, Scribner, which is home to writers such as Graham Swift, John Irving and Cho Nam Joo.
Our non-fiction list is broad and hugely exciting. We publish in the areas of sport, popular culture, health and wellbeing, history and many more - from Hillary Clinton to Jonathan van Ness and everyone in between. We are lucky enough to publish the biggest poet on the planet, Rupi Kaur.

Job Profile:

To coordinate successful marketing campaigns on a range of titles across our adult publishing list.

The Role:

We have an exciting vacancy for a marketing professional with a proven track record to join our creative and dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work across all areas of the Simon & Schuster adult publishing list. You will have responsibility for developing and managing your own title marketing across a range of genres, working closely with the Simon & Schuster team to create imaginative, effective and integrated campaigns

The Candidate:

We are looking for a talented individual with strong marketing and digital skills, an imaginative approach and a demonstrable understanding of book publishing. You will have a flair for writing great copy, a keen eye for design the ability to deliver impactful, inventive campaigns across all media. You will be confident in delivering pitches and presentation to authors, agents and retailers. The winning candidate will display strategic thinking and planning, detailed market awareness and consumer insight alongside creative abilities. You will have experience of managing social media and digital campaigns and have skills to create content on Photoshop.
